Key Largo is a census-designated place (CDP) and an unincorporated community located in Monroe County, Florida, United States. It is situated on the northernmost part of the Florida Keys, bordered by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park to the east and the Everglades National Park to the west. Key Largo is known for its stunning coral reefs, clear waters, and diverse marine life, making it a popular destination for snorkeling, diving, and fishing.

Key Largo has a total area of 37.5 square miles, of which 27.7 square miles is land and 9.8 square miles is water. The community has a population of approximately 12,000 people, with a median age of 50 years.

One of the main attractions in Key Largo is the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, which was the first underwater park in the United States.
