Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe, officially recognized as the Republic of Zimbabwe, is a landlocked country situated in southern Africa. It is bordered by South Africa to the south, Botswana to the west and southwest, Mozambique to the east and northeast, and Zambia to the northwest. The capital and largest city of Zimbabwe is Harare.

Zimbabwe boasts a rich and diverse history, with the remnants of Great Zimbabwe serving as a testament to the flourishing ancient civilization in the area. The country achieved independence from British colonial rule in 1980 and has subsequently faced various periods of political and economic challenges.
